By accessing this website or requesting services from Ayre Coat Painting and Projects, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Ayre Coat Painting and Projects provides residential painting, commercial painting, and custom services (including drywall repair and installation, wainscoting, and custom builds) across the Ottawa region. All services include a free quote, free colour analysis, and a 3-month service warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.

All quotes provided by Ayre Coat Painting and Projects are free and carry no obligation. Quotes are based on the scope discussed at the time of quoting. Any changes to scope during a project will be discussed and agreed upon before additional work is performed. The price on your approved quote is the price you pay.

We provide a 3-month service warranty on completed work. If you notice an issue with the finish within this period, contact us and we will return to resolve it at no cost. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

We work to agreed schedules and will communicate any changes promptly. You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area and to prepare the space as discussed (for example, removing fragile items where requested).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayre Coat Painting and Projects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability for any project is limited to the value of the work performed.
