Question 1

How do I request a quote?

Accepted Answer

Call us at 613-288-7976 or fill out the quote form on any page. We'll schedule a complimentary on-site visit at a time that suits you, measure your space, and deliver an itemized quote.

Question 2

Are quotes really complimentary?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every estimate is complimentary and carries no obligation. Your complimentary colour analysis and custom interior design planning are included standard, never added as a fee.

Question 3

How quickly can you come out?

Accepted Answer

Being based in Ottawa, we're typically on-site within the Ottawa region within a few days of your call for a complimentary quote.

Question 4

Do I need to be home for the quote?

Accepted Answer

It helps, so we can walk the space with you and talk through colours and priorities — but if you can't be there, we can arrange access and send the quote by phone or email.

Question 5

How is pricing determined?

Accepted Answer

We price by actual surface area and condition, not a flat per-room rate. Your quote breaks down walls, ceilings, trim, and prep so you see exactly what you're paying for.

Question 6

Are there hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

No. The number on your quote is the number you pay. If scope changes during the project, we discuss and agree on it before any extra work happens.

Question 7

Do you offer volume pricing for commercial or recurring work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Property managers and businesses with recurring turnover needs get straightforward volume pricing — just ask during your quote.

Question 8

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We'll confirm payment details when we schedule your project. Reach out and we'll walk you through the options for your specific job.

Question 9

What does your warranty cover?

Accepted Answer

Every project carries a 3-month service warranty. If you notice any issues with the finish in that window, we return and fix them at no cost.

Question 10

Does the warranty apply to commercial and custom work too?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the 3-month service warranty applies to residential, commercial, and custom services alike.

Question 11

Are you insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We carry liability coverage on every job. Fully insured work is one of our core commitments.

Question 12

What services do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Interior painting, exterior painting, drywall and repairs, trim, doors and millwork, deck and fence staining, commercial painting, and colour consultations. See our Services menu for each.

Question 13

Do you do drywall and carpentry, or just painting?

Accepted Answer

Both. Handling the carpentry and the finish with one team means consistent quality and a single point of accountability from bare studs to the final coat.

Question 14

Will you help me choose colours?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your complimentary colour analysis includes sample boards and guidance on how natural light affects each room, plus custom interior design planning to match your home's character.

Question 15

Can you paint while my business is open?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, yes. We work in sealed zones, evenings, or weekends so your operations aren't interrupted. We plan the phasing with you before any work starts.

Question 16

Which areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

The wider Ottawa region from our Ottawa base — Kanata, Stittsville, Barrhaven, downtown, the Glebe, Westboro, Orleans, Gloucester, and between.

Question 17

Do you paint exteriors in winter?

Accepted Answer

Exterior painting needs above-freezing temperatures to cure properly, so we schedule exteriors in the warmer months. Interior and custom work run year-round.

Question 18

Do I need to move out during interior painting?

Accepted Answer

No. We use low-VOC, low-odour paints and section off rooms so you can keep living in your home throughout the project.
